GUIDELINES FOR 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

To qualify for this 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, the following criteria has to be met:

(1)-Client must have been diagnosed with PROSTATE CANCER.
(2)-Client’s current PSA has to be 4 or above.
(3)-Client’s PSA test results must be no older than 45 days of starting the 100% GUARANTEED PRODUCTS.
(4)-Client must begin protocol (begin using 100% GUARANTEED PRODUCTS) within 48 hours of 100% GUARANTEED PRODUCTS delivery date.
(5)-Client must acquire a new PSA no later than 30-days from start of 100% GUARANTEED PRODUCTS usage.
(6)-Client must send back an email to larry@nutrition2000.com stating that they have read, understand and agreed to the GUIDELINES for the 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and this email must include the start date of protocol which must coincide with postal delivery of 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED products (see GUIDELINE #4).
(7)-If all above guidelines have been met and if the client has not had a reduction in their PSA after the 20-days period on the 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED products/protocol, client will be required to scan and email to larry@nutrition2000.com a copy of beginning PSA medical documentation (see GUIDELINE #3) along with a scanned copy of the most recent PSA test results (see GUIDELINE #5) to qualify to receive full refund.
